The artwork was inspired by an incident at Sequoia National Park when the artist observed someone trespassing over a marked fence to capture a photograph. The trespass posed a threat to the roots of the tree and the surrounding ecosystems. In response, the artwork encourages others to adopt a profound sense of respect for the natural world. It serves as a powerful call to embrace equality and foster reverence for our living planet.
